9 Booking of services through Hostelworld.com

•We facilitate confirmed bookings through Hostelworld.com for certain travel services including accommodation. We do not provide, own or run any travel services ourselves and in particular we do not provide, own or run any accommodation.

•You may cancel your booking up to twenty-four hours before arrival. Please do so directly with the relevant travel services provider.

•DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

•In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the travel services provider has the right to charge your credit card for the first night's stay where you have booked accommodation with such service provider, or for the full price of the tour or other non-accommodation travel service in accordance with the travel service provider's terms and conditions.

•Every effort is made to ensure the travel services provider processes your bookings correctly.

•Your contract is with the travel services provider, not Hallocrazyworld.com. It is the travel services provider's responsibility to provide you with the travel services.

•In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the deposit and that reservation fee you paid.

Ratings shown on the website are the opinion of people who have booked and availed of the relevant travel services or have stayed in the relevant accommodation. We take no responsibility for such opinions.

10 Booking Conditions

The following conditions apply to bookings of travel services made by you through this website.

(1) Making a reservation

On making a reservation, you shall pay a non-refundable deposit (being a fixed percentage -- USUALLY 10% or 15% -- of the total value of your reservation) together with a flat reservation fee (USUALLY USD$2.00 per reservation). You will be responsible to the travel services provider for payment of the balance of the cost of the travel services booked by you together with the payment of charges for any additional services subsequently contracted for with the travel services provider and, where applicable, payment of the travel services provider's service charges and taxes pursuant to the terms and conditions of trade applied by such travel services provider.

You must use a credit card or debit card to guarantee a reservation. By making a reservation with your credit card or debit card, you agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours from your agreed check-in time or that you fail to arrive by your agreed check-in time, you authorise the travel services provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you an amount not exceeding one night's charge in the case of accommodation or such amount as may be set out in the service provider's terms and conditions in the case of non-accommodation product. Your non-arrival by the agreed check in time will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation

Any amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed with the travel services provider directly.

In making a reservation, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to the travel services provider any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and of which the travel services provider should be notified and which may require special facilities.

(2) When a reservation is confirmed

Hostelworld.com will issue the booking confirmation on behalf of the travel services provider for each reservation, but does not undertake to include charges for additional services or details of the service charge or taxes charged by the travel services provider.

Hostelworld.com strongly recommends you check and confirm with the travel services provider the precise terms and conditions upon which the travel services provider makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The reservation numbers included on the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation or modification of the reservation.

(3) Cancellations

Hostelworld.com and Hallocrazyworld.com do not accept responsibility for cancellations by you or by the travel services provider regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made.

Hostelworld.com and Hallocrazyworld.com shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other travel services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.

11 No Liability In Credit Card Or Debit Card Transactions

Hostelworld.com and Hallocrazyworld.com make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorised charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, Hostelworld.com and Hallocrazyworld.com shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use,

This document reflects the only and full agreement between you and Hallocrazyworld and there exist no other terms, conditions, warranties, representations, guarantees, promises, undertaking or inducements of any nature whatsoever (whether verbal, written or electronic) regulating the relationship and you acknowledge that you have not relied on any matter or thing stated on behalf of Hallocrazyworld or otherwise that is not included herein. No variation and/or extension thereof shall be valid unless agreed to both by the Parties in writing. In the event of a clash and/or uncertainty in meaning and/or interpretation between this and any other document issued by Hallocrazyworld, this document will always have preference. You will be liable for all legal fees on an attorney and own client scale in the event that Hallocrazyworld has to engage a lawyer to enforce or defend any of its rights or otherwise.

16 Changes to the Terms and the Site

16.1 We reserve the right to alter or remove the Site or any part of it and any information, material and facilities incorporating the Site, without any notice to you.

16.2 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to or use of all or some areas of the Site without any notice to you at any time.
